Eli is now 9 months old and it was time to get outdoors for some more pictures. He is now sitting up and even pulling up on stuff to stand. Still one of the most happiest babies I have met.

Maternity portraits will always be close to my heart. It is the perfect time to get to know mom and dad and get comfortable together. I find it inspiring to have the opportunity to capture these very first moments of a child’s life. It makes it that much special when I finally get to hold that fresh little life for their newborn portraits. I love it!

It can be difficult to even begin thinking about packing up your newborn and traveling to a photo studio for those first pictures. With a newborn, there is a two week window to truly capture those “hello world!” photographs. While we take pride in the comfort of our home studio, we also love bringing the studio to your baby.
Newborn portraits in the comfort of your home and nursery are a truly relaxing experience. We can take our time, and you have everything you might need on hand. It can sometimes take up to three hours for a full session with a newborn. They are on their own schedule, and will still make their demands to eat, be changed, and rest. We schedule our newborn portrait sessions with no other appointments after them, so you can rest assured that we will capture all of the important memories you’ve trusted us with. This is true for sessions in our studio, as well as those where we bring the studio to you.
It is so important that mom and baby are comfortable and relaxed. We will do everything possible to make sure this is the case. It makes for a better experience, and ultimately more beautiful photographic memories. These brothers are proof of that:
